Oussama Fedane is an Attorney at Law before the Paris Bar and manages the firm’s legal practice. He has an international experience in assisting companies in all their legal operations and their representation with the Moroccan and French administrations.

After training exclusively at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne where he was elected Vice-President of the Association of Lawyers of the Paris Insurance Institute, his career as a business lawyer began with the American law firm White & Case LLP in Paris. There, he assisted a portfolio of multinational companies on asset and project financing transactions in France and Morocco.

He then moved to Morocco and joined Naciri & Associés with Allen & Overy and then Kettani Law Firm. During his experience in Morocco, Oussama has accompanied a portfolio of major operators, particularly in the areas of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, project & asset finance, economic mergers and anti-competitive practices and labor law. He has also negotiated and contributed to the implementation of strategic and national interest transactions.
