Mehdi El attar is a Doctor of Management Sciences, a Certified Public Accountant and a Tax Specialist. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of consulting services to multinational and Moroccan companies.

Mehdi began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) providing audit and tax advisory services to companies operating in the industrial, services and banking sectors.

Mehdi has provided extensive consulting services to clients in various industries. He has carried out various assignments related to international tax consulting, consolidation & IFRS, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganization & restructuring.

Mehdi has participated in the development of several accounting standards as a member of the Specialized Technical Commissions (CTS) of the National Accounting Council (CNC).

Mehdi also teaches business valuation, taxation and international accounting standards in the first business school of Morocco “ISCAE”.
